Return Or Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund or exchange. It's as easy as that!

To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Please indicate the reason for return on the invoice.

Allow 1-2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Sorry, delivery charges are not refundable.

Backorder Policy

The difference between "In Stock" and "Factory Ship" items:

"In Stock" items are ready for immediate delivery 3 - 5 business days via UPS® or Parcel Post within U.S.

"Factory Ship" items are sent directly to you from the manufacturer. You will find approximate shipping times listed on each "Factory Ship" item.

There is no backorder procedure or policy.
